Thinking myself skinny

There are many reasons why I want to lose a little bit of weight: to fit in my new bathing suit; because size 2 sounds awesome; and I want to look awesome at Julia's wedding.  Although I haven't embraced a hard-core workout routine yet, I am still starting to see results.  A key to the changes can definitely be attributed to SparkPeople.  It is a great tool for me to measure and keep track of what I eat.  This helps me to control how much fat, carbs and calories I consume on a daily basis.  My goal is 1200-1500 calories a day, 163-236g carbs and 32-56g fat.  It's crazy how quickly you can overeat if you aren't paying attention and are reading labels incorrectly.  Managing my daily intake can be very tedious and I slip up every once in a while but the end result is worth it.  I have idea in my head of what I want my body to look like so I'm hoping that the Law of Attraction will work its magic...or my lazy butt will start working out more.
