An example of how you can easily overindulge....

This was lunch today:
  • A peanut butter (crunchy) and blackberry jelly sandwich on 100% whole wheat
  • large, fresh peach
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese (4%, they didn't have 1% when I was at the grocery store)
  • 1/2 frozen, blueberries (unsweetened)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
Doesn't sound bad, right?....WRONG!  687 calories; 95g carbs; and 25g fat.  Yikes!  That combined with my smoothie from earlier, i'm already at 1,025 calories and almost at my fat limit.  Dinner might be quite sparse to make up.
