- A peanut butter (crunchy) and blackberry jelly sandwich on 100% whole wheat
- large, fresh peach
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese (4%, they didn't have 1% when I was at the grocery store)
- 1/2 frozen, blueberries (unsweetened)
- 1 teaspoon honey
