What I'm Eating: Mixed Greens Salad and Split Pea and Ham Soup

I definitely don't have a future as a food stylist but this meal is fantastic: mixed baby greens with chopped, vibrant veggies topped with Champagne vinaigrette. Served with Split Pea and Ham soup. Don't judge the soup by it's color. This soup is salty with chunks of smashed green peas and chopped bit of ham. Nom nom nom!
