*1/4 Thinly Sliced Sliced Red Onion
*1/3 Cucumber
*1/2 Avocado
*1 Vine Ripe Tomato
*1/4 cup Thinly Shredded Italian Cheese
*3 Tbsp Champagne Vinaigrette (Girard's)
DIRECTIONS:
Chop peppers, cucumber and tomato and finely slice red onion. Slice up the avocado and mix all vegetables together. Top with shredded cheese and then toss with champagne vinaigrette and ENJOY!
