What I'm Cooking: What's for Dinner

Tonight was a play on a previous meal (Lazy)  I made my favorite Goddess Salad with Champagne Dressing and added a 4oz fillet of grilled, seasoned, wild Alaskan salmon.  I lightly seasoned it with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and coated one side with Montreal Steak Seasoning.  Fantastic!!

For dessert I stayed on the healthy side: 
  • 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4 tbsp honey
